1. I have read, understood and agree to the following terms & conditions which govern my joining and usage of Smart Design Pro Application (SDPro).

2. I agree to declare correct and accurate information in my profile and I shall be responsible for any errors, misinterpretations and losses occurring to any user because of any incorrect representation or details forming part of my profile. I also agree to keep my profile updated and corrected at all times.

3. I agree not to create multiple accounts on SDPro System operated by IIIFT (International Institute of Interior & Fashion Technology).

4. I agree to use the account only and only for study purpose and if any discrepancy or misuse is found in any action, I will bring the same to the notice of the concerned Academic Institution immediately.

5. I agree to authorise SDPro to send me information on my Email ID.

6. The Institute is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, the technical infrastructure in the Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright and other laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

7. Subject to the provisions below, you may view, download and print any pages from the Website for your own personal non-commercial use only. This permission to download and print does not extend to material identified on the Website as belonging to third parties, where you must obtain the permission of the relevant owners before doing so.

8. The Institute's status (and that of any identified contributors) as the author of material on the Website must always be acknowledged, and you must not remove any copyright or other intellectual property notices from any material you download or print from the Website.
